Daniela Schardinger is a healthcare innovation strategist working at the intersection of MedTech, biotechnology, and global innovation ecosystems. Originally from Austria and now based in California, Daniela has built an international career across Europe, Israel, and the United States, combining entrepreneurial leadership with strategic advisory. She built and led a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland and co-founded a MedTech therapeutics company based in Israel, gaining firsthand experience in developing, scaling, and positioning healthcare ventures.
Through her advisory work, Daniela has supported the launch and positioning of medical technologies across more than 30 global markets, working closely with founders, investors, and healthcare leaders to bring innovative solutions to patients worldwide. She advises on fundraising strategy, investor positioning, and strategic licensing and deal negotiations, helping companies communicate complex technologies and unlock growth opportunities.

She is engaged in international innovation ecosystems, including the World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer community and Global Women’s Health Alliance, and serves on the Innovation Equity Forum (IEF) Steering Committee — a joint initiative of the NIH and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
