Supporting a $10M Fundraising Round in Women’s Health Innovation for OCON

ELAFY supported OCON Therapeutics in securing a $10 million funding round to advance next-generation solutions in women’s health, focused on the treatment of uterine pathologies.

The round was led by RH Capital, with participation from Features Capital, Astia Angels, Exerte Partners, and additional support from the Israeli Innovation Authority.

ELAFY played an active role throughout the fundraising process, including:

• development and refinement of the investor pitch deck

• participation in investor meetings and strategic discussions

• support throughout the due diligence process

• structuring and preparation of the data room and supporting materials

This engagement reflects ELAFY’s role in helping translate complex healthcare technologies into compelling investor narratives, while supporting founders through the operational and strategic demands of fundraising.
