Last week, our CEO & Founder, Daniela Schardinger, participated in the World Economic Forum Innovator Communities meeting in New York — a gathering of global leaders, innovators, and changemakers working at the forefront of technology and impact.

Over two days, the discussions reflected both the pace of innovation and the increasing importance of cross-sector collaboration in shaping the future.
Sessions featured insights from leaders including David Rubenstein, Klaus Schwab, Brendan Vaughan, and Amy Webb, alongside interactive leadership workshops led by Damian Vaughn and Thomas Crampton. Across conversations and exchanges, a common theme emerged: innovation today is no longer defined by individual breakthroughs, but by the ability to connect ideas, industries, and ecosystems.
Equally impactful were the conversations among fellow innovators — sharing experiences, challenges, and lessons learned while building companies and advancing technologies across different sectors and regions.
These moments reinforce the importance of global platforms like the World Economic Forum, where innovators, policymakers, and industry leaders come together to address complex challenges and accelerate meaningful progress.
A sincere thank you to the World Economic Forum Innovator Communities team — Sebastian Buckup, Verena Kuhn, Saemoon Yoon, Gaia Gera, Michelle Mormont, and Amara Amadiegwu — for bringing together such a thoughtful and inspiring group.
The future of innovation will be shaped not only by technology, but by the strength of the ecosystems we build around it.
